My boyfriend and I went hiking for our very first time here last weekend. When we went to the DNR office the ladies were so helpful and provided us with two maps. We can't wait to go again this weekend!

Scouting expedition for a location to camp and fish. I'm excited to return.

Been going here for 25+ years. Always a wonderful experience. Great place to reconnect with nature. Fishing is usually pretty good. Small beach, good enough to cool off on a hot day. Several boat ramps, camping area is as well maintained as well as state funding will allow. People that work here have always been friendly and welcoming. Enjoy!

Beautiful park with plenty of trails and wildlife to explore. Best of all, its normally quiet and unpopulated when walking the trails. A peaceful escape.

I couldn't imagine going anywhere else ! Never had a bad experience
